nowadays i love reading blogs by hijabis. i love looking at hijabi styles. i admire women who can just wear black abaya and wrap pashmina around their head but still look drop dead gorgeous. these women don't even have to try hard.

tutti-frutti :)

tutti frutti has existed in malaysia long long time ago and most people have tried it before excluding me. (hekele orang dah lama post dlm blog, fb dan twitter pasal tutti frutti you baru sekarang nak makan tutti frutti).

however, last 2 weeks, i finally had a green cup of my own tutti frutti. no. i shared it with my good girlfriend :)

i chose very berry raspberry while Michelle chose strawberry banana. it was a yummeh combination.

segan nak isi penuh2 sebab Michelle yang bayarkan. kalau bayar sendiri mesti isi penuh2 letak strawberry banyak2 hahaha..

p/s:i still prefer baskin robbin than tutti frutti but to those who wanna eat delicious form of ice cream but still wanna be slim like Marion Caunter tutti frutti is what you should go for.

Putera Ayu

Day before, me, Abang Shah, Arlen & Ija (abang Shah's friend) went to restoran putera ayu at padang jawa for our dinner last night.


it was my second visit which means i really love love the food and ambiance there.


if you are looking for a super delicious, cukup masam, pedas, manis, masin tom yam you SHOULD go to putera ayu. the tom yam there is THE BOMB!


so all of us except ija ordered tom yam. ija ordered the soup which is as good as the tom yam.


the best things about putera ayu:


1) delicious tom yam, soup and telur dadar.
2) great ambiance. i love the malay traditional contemporary interior.
3) ala hotel hospitality and services. the waiters/waitresses will greet YOu at the entrance and will take you to the table.
4) sedap mata memandang waiters/ waitresses. looks always important sebab baru la nak berselera makan.
5) cheap! yes CHEAP! the small size tom yam range from MYR5-6 and the telur dadar is just MYR1.50. Fresh orange is just MYR4 and white rice is just MYR1.50. other foods like the all kinds of fried rice is only MYR4.50!
6) the manager remembers you! when abang Shah was paying the bill the manager said "lama tak nampak". this shows that their customers are important to them.
7) the restaurant is featured in JALAN JALAN CARI MAKAN.

Oh Well

Today's just another enterdrainment day. I was rotting at home all day long with remote control in my hand, watching cartoons, reality TV shows, DVDs, soap operas and blahs. It was incredibly mind numbing.

I almost died of the excessive tv watching, no, of boredom to be exact but I survived. Phew.

So I've decided not to spend as much time being a couch potato and it starts tomorrow, I promise.


Euh..it's "so" my new year resolutions lah! keh keh...

Debit Card

I wish i can have a credit card just for shoes. sound familiar? it's a line says by jules in one of the episodes in cougar town. not only in the series, i believe in reality she would want a credit card just for shoes. me too!


but


after reading Rich Dad and Poor Dad and having a deep conversation with my buddy Abg Shah.. i now prefer a debit card.

buying things using a credit card is like buying things with the money that you don't have.


while buying things using a debit card is way better because you know you are buying things with the money that you already have in your bank account.

Yeah! Working in a bank is SEXY! keh keh keh keh..
